Book key public offices
Plain English
Comune is your city hall (residence and civic paperwork). Questura handles immigration permits. ASL is the local health authority for SSN and many medical registrations. Almost all serious settlement steps run through one of these three.
How EdBirds helps
Help booking appointments at Comune, Questura, or ASL and preparing for the visit.
Guidance and document preparation — not a substitute for a lawyer, commercialista, or official decision by a public office.
Share your situation, upload documents if needed, and track progress from your student portal. Ideal before arrival or between appointments.
